How to transfer music from iPod touch to iTunes

"How to transfer music from iPod touch to iTunes? I got a new laptop and want to upload the music that is on my iPod onto my new iTunes. I have an iPod touch. I don't want to download any software to help me do it. I went onto the Apple support page and it said I needed my other laptop but I don't have access to it for a while and I want to do it ASAP. Any help?"
